Description

Liquid resin is supplied to the double belt cooler by means of a heatable pump(by client) via a filter(by client) station.
The liquid product fed by a feeding device onto the advanced lower belt forms a thin layer which enters after a short distance into the gap between the upper and lower belt.
The good contact-cooling with two-side heat abstraction effects a good cooling capacity.
Both steel belts are drizzled and consequently cooled via nozzles which enable a regular wetting. The water on the upper belt is gathered between retaining strips and sucked off by pumps. The water from the lower belt is gathered in pans from where it flows by gravity to the sewer or a pit / tank.
The solid product sheets are broken up by a breaker into irregular flakes.
