GENERAL
BIQUICK Band is one of the two leading manufacturers of high – grade process steel belts used in the production of :
•Particle boards
•MDF ( Medium Density Fiberboard )
•HDF ( High Density Fiberboard )
•OSB ( Oriented Strand Board )
and laminated ( MFC = Melamine – Faced Chipboards ) or veneered products ( LVL = Laminated Veneer Lumber )
These belts must be able to withstand considerable stress from the continuous heating – and cooling process as well as from the extreme pressure
These belts are up to 3 meters wide and up to 3 mm thick the length is sometimes much longer than 100 meters !!
