surface Finishes
Biquick has developed special techniques and equipment to provide continuous steel belts with surface finishes tailored to suit the product. A number of different frades of ground finishes are provided as standard.Polished,grooved,embossed,chrome-plated,and Teflon-coated surfaces are supplied on request.
Perforated Belts Five standard
Perforation patterns that cover most requirements are available. broad range of other patterns, with a minimum hole diameter of 0.8mm(0.03 in.)and different spacing, can be provided to suit specific applications.
Endless or open length
Biquick belts can be supplied in open lengths, with ends prepared for riveting or welding on site, or as endless belts with a welded joint.
Tracking
To ensure exact tracking, the belts can be provided with Biquick true-tracking ropes, either in rubber(different grades are available) or in the form of a specially designed steel spiral.
Product Retention
If required, the belt an be furnished with side retaining strips to keep the material on the belt or, with transverse flights, to prevent materials from sliding backwards when the belt inclination is steep.
